Pro Allen Sports Reserves the right to cancel any tournament or age bracket.

Event or portion of each age group base one the following

1. Not enough participants per any age bracket

2. Safety reasons

3. Weather

If PAS cancels their tournament for the above reasons, you will receive your money back

● Pro Allen Sports also reserves the right to Disqualify any team.

● If your team is Disqualified you will not receive a Refund.

● If you are removed from our tournament for poor sportsmanship, swearing, fighting,

threats, etc. you will not receive a refund. You will be asked to leave the premises.

● All contestants must submit proof of Identification.

● If you falsify your Identification your team will forfeit participation in the tournament and

therefore will not receive a refund.

You also will risk not being able to participate in any of our 2 Ball tournaments in the

future.

● It is up to all interscholastic athletes and parents (guardian) to make sure that playing in

our event doesn’t affect your athletic eligibility.

It is up to you to contact your child’s school athletic director to help you with determining

your child eligibility by playing in the Pro Allen Sports 2 Ball tournament. (Parents please

make sure that you follow all your State athletic Association Athletic Rules)

● Pro Allen Sports and any of its event staff or tournament hosts will not be held

responsible for any injuries or eligibility for athletes who participate in our tournaments.

● Pro Allen Sports LLC reserves the rights to use your images on likeness to promote their

website or business ventures without paying fees or future payments to you now or in

the future.

● Pro Allen Sports LLC reserves the rights to use your image as they see fit.

● ProAllen Sports LLC is not responsible for any injuries that might occur while

participating in any of our Events. If any contestants notice any structure danger at any

host sites. It is up to you to notify a PAS supervisor of any such problem and you should

not participate any further in the event until the matter is corrected. By participating

further you release PAS and any of their workers as well as Tournament Host from any

lawsuit now or in the future.
